After countless times scrolling through recipes, I noticed how much I hated the long blogs while trying to get to the actual recipes. As time went on, I also noticed my friends hated it too. Todays world is just too fast paced for us to really care enough to read why someone is making meatballs. Okay, I get it, it sounds harsh - harsh but true and unfortunately reality. I came to realize I, and probably a-lot of people, are tired and hungry after a long day of work, running errands, being a mom, or whatever they do in their time. I created this "no back story blog" to be easy and straight to the point. However, in this little bio I decided to tell you all who the girl behind the blog is. I am a 25 year old student and hair stylist who LOVES food. In my spare time, you can definitely find me in the kitchen, baking and cooking, and trying new things. New Mexico and Texas raised and bred, my recipes definitely have a Mexican and/ or southern flare. I decided to start cooking because I love to be creative and honestly I just love to eat yummy food. As I became more physically active, I decided I wanted to eat clean... well okay cleaner. I would never be able to fully give up my cheese and meats! I would describe my cooking style as simple, moderate healthy and 100 % delicious. I hope that by posting my recipes people will find they are straight to the point and easy to get to (no long back story's, endless scrolling and searching for the ingredients and instructions.) My second hope is to make everyones mouth happy, belly full while feeling a little less guilty about what they are consuming. Lastly, I hope that my recipes are quick and easy to follow.
